PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

Push notifications are generated whenever the dash cam detects any motion or impact during Parking Mode, alerting you of anything unusual happening around your car.

REMOTE LIVE VIEW

Keep a close eye on your car whenever and wherever you are. With IROAD Cloud, you can access a real-time video stream of your Cloud-connected dash cam directly through your smartphone or PC. Find your car’s parking location by checking its surroundings on live feed.

REMOTE VIDEO PLAYBACK

Watch your dash cam’s footage from the comfort of your own home or office, with no need to remove the dash cam’s SD card or be close to the device.
Browse your footage more conveniently with date and file type filtering functions.

AUTO EVENT UPLOAD

Videos of events such as impacts and motion are automatically uploaded to the Cloud, ensuring the protection of footage even in case of a dash cam theft.
These videos are only stored for a limited time before being deleted, but users can choose to permanently backup to the IROAD Cloud or download them.

VIDEO BACKUP

Download your dash cam’s footage to your smartphone or PC through the IROAD Cloud service platform, wherever you are. Videos backed up on the Cloud and footage on the dash cam’s SD card can both be downloaded remotely.

GPS TRACKING & RECORDS

Track the registered dash cams’ GPS records at a glance.
Users can see on the map the driving routes of a selected vehicle in one day, as well as the number of events and the locations these occured during a drive.
If available, the event videos can be accessed directly from the map. Fleet managers can use the provided information to improve route planning.

DASH CAM HOTSPOT OPTIONS

Please note that in order for Cloud to work during Parking Mode, you need an internet connection that will stay ON even when the car engine is turned off. Check with local mobile carriers for available in-car internet options.

1. LTE Modem type may differ. Please contact your service provider for available options.
2. An extra smartphone device with an active mobile data plan may be left in the car during parking to provide the dash cam with an active internet connection. Make sure the hotspot SSID is formed out of English alphabet letters and numbers only, and that the password is secure and not shared with others.
3. Availability of this type of modem might differ from country to country. Please contact your service provider for available options.
4. Please keep in mind that in-car Wi-Fi is usually functional only while the car engine is on. If you want to use IROAD Cloud during parking, please consider one of the other options suggested.
5. Once parked at home or at the office, you may set up the dash camera to connect to a home/office Wi-Fi, as long as the vehicle is parked within its reach.

HOW TO CONNECT TO CLOUD

Users can remotely connect to their dash cams through IROAD Cloud by simply ensuring an active in-car internet connection for the dash camera.
With the IROAD Cloud mobile app or online platform, you can easily check what is happening around your car in real time, review footage on the dash cam’s SD card from the comfort of your home or office, or be alerted if anything happens to your car while it’s parked.

*An active internet connection is absolutely necessary for thedash cam to connect to the Cloud.
This can be a car Wi-Fi, an LTE modem, a smartphone datamobile hotspot, the home/office Wi-Fi, etc., which the dash camwill be constantly connected to and through which it will senddata to the Cloud.
